italian canolli cake : is our moist vanilla cake sprinkled with fresh homemade rum syrup and filled with a canolli filling of ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, chopped chocolate, cinnamom and whipped cream, all wrapped in our wonderfully airy rum custard buttercream! (traditional canolli cake has a band of sliced almonds surrounding the sides, however this is optional )
italian rum cake : is our fresh moist vanilla cake sprinkled with our homemade rum syrup and layered with fresh rum custard!
tiramisu wedding cake : moist coffee flavored sponge cake with a filling of mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar and whipped cream, garnished with fresh berries (in season) and grated chocolate! this is an open sided cake however, you may wish to have it iced.
