I am so PLEASED that I booked Terry. The cake was AMAZING and a work of art (we had a Castle Cake). To quote my MIL: “The best wedding cake I ever had,” and she loves her cakes. This was the first wedding I’ve been to where there was NO CAKE LEFT. My Husband and a few guests were going around the tables to see if people weren’t going to eat their cake, so they could have the extra pieces. Our cake was EXACTLY how we wanted it, even down to the pewter colored steps. Each layer of our cake was : Chocolate Fudge Cake with Raspberry with white chocolate frosting and sugar spring flowers, pewter steps leading to the Castle. The wait-staff at BMI was in total awe over the cake. A few of them came out to us before we entered the reception to tell us how wonderful it looked.
